Students who have been admited to EUR-ISS and selected as beneficiaries of the COLFUTURO Loan-Scholarship shall be eligible for shared financing under this Agreement.
EUR-ISS shall provide the financial support for students commencing their studies during the academic years 2024 up to and including 2028 by granting a reduction in tuition fees of 20%.

The International Institute of Social Studies (ISS) in the Netherlands is an international graduate school of policy-oriented critical social science. It brings together students and teachers from all over the world in a European environment. The aim of the ISS MA programme is to educate aspiring early- and mid-career professionals in critical Development Studies. Core topics in the programme are human rights, food security, climate change, development economics, social policy, governance and migration
The programme prepares students to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary and multicultural context.
